Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, during business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day. After an order is processed, most orders ship within 3 business days. If your order is subject to delay, you will be notified. Shipping and handling are based on total items purchased. In some cases, multiple item orders may have to be shipped separately.

Return Policy

We will replace defective products if you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the product. For non-defective products: MedicalCodingShop.com has a limited refund policy within 15 days from the receipt of the product. The amount of the refund depends on the type of product that was ordered and whether or not the product was used.

Unopened Books and Software

We will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You must call our office at 1-978-425-2038 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday to request a return number. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring the product back to MedicalCodingShop.com.

Opened Books

Opened books can be returned for a credit on your account, minus a 25% restocking fee. You must call our office at 1-978-425-2038 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to receive a return number BEFORE returning your product. Products cannot be accepted without a return number. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring the product back to MedicalCodingShop.com.

Opened Software

No refunds are allowed on opened software. Call our offices if you wish to inquire about upgrades.

Custom Products

Training Materials, Special Offers, Forms, Envelopes or customized products: There are no refunds on any of these products, unopened or otherwise, unless defective.

Final Sales

Seminars/Webinars  - Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be received in writing (fax/email/mail) at least fourteen days prior to the seminar date or no refund will be available. In the event that a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the workshop no refund or credit will be available.
